SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

RogueCmdr3D sells physical 3D printed products, made-to-order items, print-to-order catalog items, custom 3D print services, cosplay helmets, props, accessories, streamer signs, wall art, and related physical printed items.

Digital STL files are not sold through this store unless specifically stated in a future listing. Unless clearly stated otherwise, all purchases are for physical 3D printed products only.

Product images, renders, previews, and photos are provided for reference. Actual printed items may vary slightly due to material, color, printer settings, scaling, support removal, finishing level, post-processing, lighting, photography, and screen display differences.

Raw 3D printed items may include visible layer lines, seams, support marks, minor surface imperfections, or print artifacts. These are normal for 3D printed products and are not considered defects unless the item is structurally unusable or significantly different from the listing.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER, AND PRINT-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Many RogueCmdr3D items are made to order. Production may not begin until payment, sizing, material choice, file review, or quote confirmation is complete.

For cosplay helmets, armor, wearable items, custom prints, and scaled items, RogueCmdr3D may contact you after ordering to confirm measurements, sizing, material, color, or project details before production begins.

Custom orders, made-to-order prints, print-to-order catalog items, cosplay helmets, props, armor parts, personalized items, scaled prints, and customer-requested prints may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started.

SECTION 4 - DESIGNER FILES, LICENSED PRINTS, AND COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

Some products may be based on designs from third-party designers, creators, or licensed/patron-supported catalogs that RogueCmdr3D is authorized to physically print and sell.

Purchasing a physical print does not include commercial rights, resale rights, redistribution rights, reproduction rights, or permission to access, copy, share, modify, or distribute any digital model, STL file, designer file, or source file.

All designer names, brands, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMER-PROVIDED FILES AND REQUESTS

If you provide STL files, 3D models, reference images, links, or other project materials, you represent that you have the rights, license, or permission necessary for RogueCmdr3D to review and print the requested item.

RogueCmdr3D may refuse any project that appears to violate copyright, trademark, licensing restrictions, platform rules, safety concerns, or legal requirements.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RogueCmdr3D reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order at its discretion.

Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed, unless an error, quote adjustment, or custom order issue must be corrected.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. RogueCmdr3D may contact you if additional order information is required.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND LOCAL PICKUP

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RogueCmdr3D is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or events outside our control.

Oversized, heavy, custom, or unusually shaped orders may require adjusted shipping or a custom quote before production begins.

Local pickup may be available by appointment only after an order or quote is confirmed. RogueCmdr3D does not operate a public storefront or walk-in retail location.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled according to the RogueCmdr3D Return and Refund Policy.

Made-to-order, custom, personalized, scaled, post-processed, cosplay, helmet, prop, and customer-requested items may not be eligible for return or refund once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact RogueCmdr3D within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We try to make product listings, pricing, descriptions, and availability as accurate as possible. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

RogueCmdr3D reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, cancel orders, or refuse orders if information on the website is inaccurate.

SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All RogueCmdr3D logos, branding, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, website content, and original designs are owned by RogueCmdr3D or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, or exploit any portion of the website, branding, content, or products without written permission.

Third-party designer content, logos, brands, fandom references, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

3D printed products may vary due to the nature of additive manufacturing, materials, scaling, post-processing, and customer finishing choices.

SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RogueCmdr3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, purchased products, shipping delays, customer modifications, customer finishing work, improper use, or third-party services.

SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RogueCmdr3D from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or submission of files, images, models, or requests that you did not have permission to use.
