Return and Refund Policy

RogueCmdr3D sells physical 3D printed products, made-to-order items, print-to-order catalog items, and custom 3D print services.

Because many items are made specifically for each order, returns and cancellations are limited.

Returns

Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, contact RogueCmdr3D at RogueCmdr3D@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Made-to-order and custom items

Custom orders, made-to-order prints, print-to-order catalog items, cosplay helmets, props, armor parts, personalized items, scaled prints, customer-requested prints, and post-processed items are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once printing, post-processing, assembly, material preparation, or custom work has started, cancellations may not be available.

Raw 3D prints

Raw 3D printed items may include visible layer lines, seams, support marks, minor surface imperfections, or print artifacts. These are normal for 3D printed products and are not considered defects unless the item is structurally unusable or significantly different from the listing.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact RogueCmdr3D within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

RogueCmdr3D will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, partial refund, or other solution is appropriate.

Sizing and fit

For cosplay helmets and wearable items, RogueCmdr3D may contact you after ordering to confirm sizing before production begins. Fit can vary based on measurements, padding, electronics, and customer finishing choices.

Items printed to confirmed measurements are not refundable due to fit preference unless there was a production error.

Digital files

Digital STL files are not sold through this store. Purchases are for physical 3D printed products only.

Commercial rights

Purchasing a physical print does not include commercial rights, resale rights, redistribution rights, or permission to reproduce any digital model or designer file.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be handled case-by-case depending on the item type, condition, and whether the item was custom or made to order.

Return shipping

Approved returns must be authorized before being sent back. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by RogueCmdr3D error.

Refunds

If a return or refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
